In the Cleveland Area, we observe the Cedar Rapids trick-or-treating plan. Citywide trick-or-treating is designated from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Halloween.
Our neighbors at Central Church of Christ will be hosting a Trunk or Treat on Oct. 30th at 3:00pm. In case of rain, the event is canceled. It will last until the candy is gone!
