"Phase 1-B was filed this past Tuesday and bids 18 March 2020. Work includes water main and service replacement, plus asphalt resurfacing on Chandler Street from 18th Street to 10th Avenue. The project also includes full reconstruction of the 10th Avenue intersection (timed to occur when school is out) and upgrades to an existing City storm sewer that crosses the school's softball complex and grounds. We are also upgrading the pedestrian access to the softball complex for ADA compatibility.
The flags and utility work on Chandler Street SW, South of the 10th Avenue intersection, and on 20th Street SW was related to fiber optic installation by Unite Private Networks (UPN). Cleveland Area Neighborhood Association and project area residents are welcome to contact me directly if they have questions."
