- We will be launching a letter with press release - hopeful for letter campaign to yield $12,000. Donations can be made via check or PayPal. Nicole is setting up PayPal account with charity status. We will also look into Facebook donation program as 501(c)3.

- Increase in “disturbing the peace” calls are likely, due to better weather
- Any reports of nuisance properties (violence, high grass, trash on premises, etc.) should be reported to City immediately for action to be taken

- Saturday, June 22nd from 8am to 12pm. Six safety stations, giveaways, and mascots at the event for kids to enjoy. Free admission. Facebook event is live and press release has been issued.
- We will be serving pancakes, sausage, eggs, juice and water during that time for $5 per person as our annual Pancake Breakfast. No omlete bar this year. Donated by Johnson Ave HyVee.
- Volunteers needed from 6am for set up until 2pm for tear down.
- Ashley, Lt. Harrison, and Chief Smith explained procedures to apply for permits, park reservations, and required insurance for the event. George and Nicole will be handling this tomorrow.
