HACAP in Linn County is working with our area schools to provide food boxes to families each week. Cleveland Elementary School has put out the request to our community for some extra assistance. They have been able to provide a various list of items that are still needed by families in our community that include, but is not limited to:
CANA will be collecting donations between now and Friday, May 29th to deliver to Cleveland Elementary PTA- Cedar Rapids, Iowa for distribution. To arrange pick up of your donation, please email our CANA board at clevelandpark108@gmail.com or call Nicole Schroeder at (319) 361-8338.
CANA will also be accepting gift card donations to HyVee, Fareway, Walmart, Target, etc. to collect necessary donations. If you would prefer to make a monetary donation for our board to purchase the necessary food items, you can donate via PayPal or mail a check to the address below:
